well i don't know if should made a profile graph for each observation point but i circled the the observation point which my graph represents.

i think the instructions was missing a step where you have to export a data layer with the places within the buffer zone to be able to select the exact 9 hospitals within it, i did create a new data layer. Then I just wanted to show the 9 hospitals so i exported another layer for that and change the symbols to a more appropriate one.

I got stuck in trying to add the symbology for this particular exercise but i got through it with some help from the discussion board, I have to correct the data source of the layer to make it work. everything else went pretty smooth.

The 3d is a tiff file from a screen shot i dont how to export it :) i tried .....

I have repeated Step 2 Calculate flood land like four times and still it somehow getting water as its largest area flooded.
